Refunds

Returns for Troupier orders are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging. The garments must be unworn and without any odors from perfume, smoke, or similar elements. A €20 dry cleaning fee applies to items returned with such odors that prevent their resale. To prevent this, please try the garments in a clean, odor-free environment. We are not liable for products lost during the return delivery. Upon receipt of your return, we will assess it for approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within a few bank days. Exchanges for size or style are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed. If you receive a defective product, notify our customer relations team within 24 hours for a free return and exchange. Troupier does not cover return shipping cost.

Unclaimed packages

In the event of unclaimed packages, all charges related to initial delivery and the return delivery, encompassing taxes and duties, will be debited to you.

Repeated returns

Regarding multiple returns, we keep track of the frequency of returns made by customers. We retain the right to decline future orders that we perceive as violating our terms and conditions.
